To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of an experienced product manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team.   Position Summary:   The Sr. Product Manager works with several members across the organization, including technical teams, project managers, and sales teams. The Sr. Product Manager operates as a skilled market analyst and is responsible to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. This role maintains a keen eye for gaps in product offerings and employs an innovative mindset to fill them. This product leadership role is responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share. Responsibilities and Essential Duties: - Oversee the design, development and planning for how to market and promote the company’s products and solutions - Work closely with upper management to define product or solution concepts, feature-sets, positioning, implementation, and strategy - Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information - Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products - Provide source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives - Assess product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results - Bring new products and solutions to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; prepare return-on-investment analyses; establish time schedules with development teams - Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data, review development and sales costs - Define product marketing communication objectives - Provide management with product/solution analyses and reports and respond to questions and requests from management - Suggest workable solutions to development teams with consideration for product contract, positioning, and market requirements - Explore new ways of improving existing services and products as a way of increasing profitability - Provide product training, relevant technical papers, printed and electronic promotional material and the necessary technical expertise to sales team to enable selling the product - Identify and present creative and innovative product solutions - Interface with development leads to make sure that product requirements are understood - Coordinate product releases with the marketing, sales, development and service teams - Answer product related inquiries - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies - Perform other duties, as assigned

The Marketing Manager, Emergent Brand, oversees all marketing programs within Emergent, supporting all OEMs. This includes the development and management of different marketing activities, support of business objectives, lead generation and lead nurturing efforts, foster customer retention, provide sales support, and advance brand building. The Marketing Manager works very closely with Sales Leadership to understand priorities, goals, and initiatives as they relate to each OEM’s and Emergent sales quotas. This role operates under general supervision, with the opportunity to exercise independent judgement to complete work assignements. Emergent is a value-added reseller and solutions provider for multiple Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), such as Red Hat and Adobe software.   Responsibilities and Essential Duties • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan • Market through various channels and segment databases working with sales reps to determine target lead audiences • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics, to be included for MDF requests from the OEM • Create, submit, and manage MDF proposals and execute on approved marketing related activities. • Work with Sales Solution Providers (SSPs) to plan and prepare technical events and supporting content. • Evaluate the impact and success of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on relevant KPS, such as lead flow, cost metrics and retention • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes • Collaborate with marketing and creative team members, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors on the execution of programs

The Creative Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for shaping and driving a creative strategy and production that will position the enterprise for continued growth. This role is responsible for overseeing and supporting high quality design, consistent branding, and marketing activities for two public-facing brands and internal communications, across a wide range of marketing channels.
