The NetSuite Developer serves as the primary enterprise resource and champion for our company’s NetSuite system. This role works in coordination with the Director of Operations, while assisting multiple departments to ensure complete understanding of our company’s system processes and usage. The NetSuite Developer will assist in developing, testing and implementing new features and processes, user administration, user training and customizing for scaling the growth of the business. Mythics is seeking a Proposal Analyst 2 who will be responsible for the coordination and management of end-to-end activities associated with RFx activities assigned. This role will review and decipher RFx instructions for compliance and understanding of the business problems expressed in the RFx and by the Proposal Response Team. The Proposal Analyst 2 will develop a persuasive and compelling proposal that leads to the customer’s understanding of how proposed solutions will solve their business problems. As part of a dynamic team, this role will work cross-functionally throughout the organization to manage the proposal process through delivery of proposal as defined by the RFx. This is a highly interactive role, working with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, to coordinate activities and schedules to meet challenging deadlines. This role works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.   Responsibilities: - Create responsibilities matrix to ensure response and assignment coverage on all areas of the RFP. - Coordinate check point meetings throughout the RFx process to ensure on-time delivery of proposals. - Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery. - Lead proposal kick-off meetings, facilitating review cycles/final document review, coordinating proposal governance/sign-off, and, as required, document production and delivery of the completed proposal - Ensure strict adherence to pre-defined due dates to include multiple reviews, editing and finalization of all proposal pieces. - Work with Proposal Response Team to accurately define and represent proposal win themes and value propositions throughout the proposal sections. - Work with the Proposal Response Team to document sales messaging, assisting/writing/editing where necessary to develop responses to strategic requirements to enhance delivered proposals and improve overall win rate throughout the bid process.

Mythics is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to join a rapidly growing Cloud HCM practice.  - Design, development and maintenance of Reports, Data Conversions, and Interfaces to/from Oracle’s Suite of Business Applications. - Design solutions for our clients to include documenting requirements and specifications, developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges. - Communicate proactively and independently with the client with documentation to guide discussions, to clarify requirements and provide training and support. - Participate in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients and follow-on work with current engagements. - Contribute and drive configurations, reports, interfaces, testing and user training. - Develop functional and technical design and documentation for Oracle Applications dependent data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting. - Assist in the management and delivering of large projects, supporting the project manager through effective communication of tasks and issue identification and escalation. - Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support. - Drive the resolution and troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support. - Prepare and deliver project status reports, to include updating project plan with completed tasks. - Contribute to the development of own and team’s technical acumen. - Other duties, as assigned.
