Job Overview & Responsibilities

The Hybrid Multi-Cloud Practice Leader is responsible for the growth, market positioning, delivery quality, and practice-level financial contribution of Mythics’ hybrid infrastructure and cloud modernization services portfolio, with primary focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), hybrid cloud strategy, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, database platforms, and multi-cloud solutions across OCI, AWS, Azure, and GCP.

This leader will define and operationalize scalable infrastructure modernization offerings that help customers migrate, modernize, secure, and optimize enterprise infrastructure environments across cloud and on-premises platforms. The role requires a combination of business leadership, consulting delivery expertise, cloud transformation strategy, and operational discipline to drive modernization outcomes and long-term infrastructure adoption across Mythics’ customer base. Oracle OCI serves as the anchor platform, complemented by best-of-breed infrastructure technologies aligned to customer and market requirements.

Core Leadership Responsibilities

  • Own the Practice-level contribution to consulting services growth, profitability, and operational performance
  • Define, evolve, and operationalize repeatable service offerings, solutions, and industry-aligned sales plays
  • Establish go-to-market strategies, pricing guidance, and differentiation aligned to corporate growth objectives
  • Partner closely with Business Development, Sales, and Presales on pipeline development, opportunity shaping, solutioning, estimations, and deal governance
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of architects, consultants, developers, administrators, and technical leaders
  • Define competency models, certification strategies, and talent development roadmaps aligned to strategic growth areas
  • Collaborate with PMO and Delivery Governance to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery execution and margin performance
  • Drive customer success, executive relationships, referenceability, and long-term account expansion
  • Identify and mature reusable IP, accelerators, frameworks, and automation opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and speed-to-value
  • Contribute to strategic planning, practice roadmap development, and cross-practice alignment initiatives

Hybrid Multi-Cloud Practice-Specific Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously evolve hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, migration, and cloud operations service offerings
  • Develop scalable OCI-led migration and modernization programs aligned to enterprise infrastructure transformation initiatives
  • Lead strategy and execution for hybrid and multi-cloud solutions spanning OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises infrastructure, and database platforms
  • Establish repeatable cloud migration factories, modernization frameworks, automation capabilities, and infrastructure delivery accelerators
  • Drive cross-practice integration with Applications Modernization, Digital Platforms & AI, and Managed Services to increase infrastructure services attach and multi-practice adoption
  • Partner closely with Sales, Presales, and strategic alliance teams to position Mythics as a trusted cloud modernization and infrastructure transformation partner
  • Strengthen infrastructure security, resiliency, governance, compliance, and operational modernization capabilities across customer environments
  • Build scalable global delivery models leveraging both onshore and offshore delivery capabilities
  • Support strategic customer engagements and executive advisory discussions related to cloud strategy, infrastructure modernization, migration planning, operational transformation, and hybrid cloud adoption
  • Drive standardization of infrastructure delivery methodologies, automation frameworks, and operational best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, cloud transformation, platform engineering, or hybrid cloud services leadership
  • Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives
  • Demonstrated success building consulting practices, developing infrastructure service offerings, and driving services growth
  • Experience leading enterprise cloud strategy, modernization planning, and operational transformation engagements with executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of consulting delivery models, services financials, infrastructure operations, and delivery margin management
  • Experience building scalable global delivery organizations and offshore delivery capabilities

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong expertise across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, Azure, GCP, infrastructure modernization, database platforms, and hybrid cloud architectures
  • Strong executive communication, customer engagement, and organizational leadership skills
  • Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Presales, Delivery Governance, PMO, and executive leadership
