Mythics is seeking experienced and motivated PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultants to deliver exceptional consulting services and help clients maximize the value of their PeopleSoft systems. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about leveraging standard functionality to design, implement, and optimize FSCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical consulting expertise across PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including:
Financial Management
Procurement and Supplier Management
Order and Inventory Management
Asset Lifecycle Management
Enterprise Service Automation
Grants Management
Serve as a Solution Architect, leading high-level solution design and ensuring project execution aligns with future-state goals.
Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including pre-sales, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support.
Stay current with the latest PeopleSoft application releases and tools; demonstrate new features and articulate business benefits to clients.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and delivery of standard PeopleSoft solutions.
Share knowledge and contribute to improving team methodologies and best practices.
8+ years of functional/technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and recent PUM images.
2–3 full lifecycle implementations (upgrade and new implementations).
Strong understanding of FSCM setup tables, business processes, and reporting.
Ability to independently lead module implementations across all project phases.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or Campus Solutions (CS) is a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage scope and client expectations.
Proven follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to produce clear, concise status reports.
Builds confidence and trust with clients. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
