Mythics is seeking an experienced and dedicated PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI) modules for a federal government agency. The ideal candidate will be a recognized subject matter expert in PeopleSoft AR/BI with a strong understanding of federal financial business processes, compliance standards, and reporting requirements. This role will play a key part in ensuring a successful end-to-end implementation while meeting all federal mandates.

• Partner with federal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for federal accounting and billing processes.

• Perform comprehensive fit-gap analyses to align agency requirements with PeopleSoft AR/BI functionality.

• Lead the configuration and implementation of PeopleSoft AR and BI modules, including federal-specific billing, payment processing, and revenue recognition.

• Oversee the integration of AR/BI with other PeopleSoft FSCM modules and external financial systems.

• Ensure financial data integrity, security, and compliance with all applicable federal guidelines.

• Participate in and support security reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.

• Develop and deliver Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and other project artifacts aligned with federal project management methodologies.

• Create and facilitate end-user training tailored for federal personnel to promote successful system adoption.

• Design and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all issues are resolved prior to production deployment.

• Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system transition and stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant.

• Proven participation in at least two full lifecycle PeopleSoft FSCM implementations within a federal government environment.

• Deep functional expertise in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI) modules (eBill module experience is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of federal accounting principles, standards, and compliance regulations.

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 applications.

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft Query for data analysis, with strong knowledge of AR/BI functional tables and data flows.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with federal clients across all organizational levels.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• U.S. Citizenship required; active federal clearance is highly desirable.
