Job Overview & Responsibilities

The Executive Vice President, Mythics Consulting is responsible for leading, managing and growing our Mythics consulting business and setting the overall vision and strategic plan for the organization. In this role, you will develop and execute plans to expand our migration, management and enhance services for on-premises systems to the cloud. You are responsible for overseeing all consulting projects, including P & L management, managing senior client relationships, sales, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and deliver on new business opportunities in the public sector. You will hire, train, develop and manage a team of consulting leaders and professionals to execute on the organization’s professional services strategy. You will work cross-functionally with other teams, including Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Legal and Shared Service organizations across the enterprise.

 

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement cloud migration strategies for clients utilizing Oracle technologies.
  • Hire, develop and manage a team of high performing, results-oriented senior consulting leaders to lead an organization of 150-200 technical consultants and to ensure all projects are delivered within budget and timeline, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and drive business development efforts.
  • Manage P&L to ensure annual profitability targets are achieved.
  • Manage and optimize delivery approaches to include out-sourcing capabilities such as off-shore delivery.
  • Lead and oversee consulting services related to migrating on premise systems to the cloud.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for delivering high-quality cloud migration services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in cloud technology and Oracle services.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in technical services delivery organizations in progressively more responsible roles and in leadership.
  • Proven delivery track record and expertise in cloud migration strategies to cloud infrastructure and cloud applications.
  • Technology professional services experience in the Public Sector with a focus on cloud-based solutions and services.
  • Current active security clearance is a plus.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to travel 30 - 40% of the time.
  • Deep understanding of the Oracle technologies.
  • Sound business judgment and strong analytical skills.
  • Understands technical professional services delivery models, including outsourcing and off-shoring.
  • P&L and financial management skills.
  • Customer service and sales expertise.
  • Flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to collaborate across organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to hire, train, develop and manage employees with focus on performance results in a positive team environment.
  • Strong time-management and organizational ability.
  • Advanced presentation skills, with ability to guide and influence senior leaders, customers and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform and multitask in a high pace environment.
