    Mythics is currently looking for an experienced Oracle Identity and Access Management Consultant to assist with the architecture, analysis, design, development, integration, and overall implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions utilizing the Oracle IAM Suite 12c.  Position is REMOTE.


    • Collaborate with customers to collect, analyze & document requirements
    • Assist in the construction of the to-be physical and logical architecture models for the IAM components and related systems/applications that support a highly available and scalable solution that meets customer requirements
    • Provide hands-on consulting and technical support throughout the project life cycle
    • Install, configure, and customize components and associated processes and policies
    • Integrate OIM, OAM including OHS & WebGate, and OUD software components with customers applications, directories, and systems
      • Provisioning & reconciliation using connectors & scheduled jobs
      • Customization of connectors, associated forms, and event handlers
      • Organization structures and entitlement catalog
      • Approval workflows
      • Web Gates, application domains, authentication & authorization policies
      • Web-based SSO
      • Windows Native Authentication (WNA)
      • PIV integration
      • Federation as an Identity Provider (IDP) and Service Provider (SP) using SAML, OAuth, etc.
      • Custom attributes and object classes
      • Encrypted attributes and permissions
      • Proxy workflow and load balancing
      • Develop and maintain OIM
      • Develop and maintain OAM
      • Develop and maintain OUD
    • Participate in project planning and project status communications
    • Manage day-to-day efforts toward project accomplishments
    • Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to junior team members




    • U.S. Citizenship and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
    • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or another engineering major or equivalent experience
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in technical and/or consulting role
    • Experience with IAM 12c is preferred; minimum 11gR2 PS3 required
    • Thorough understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, MFA, Entitlements, SAML, XACML, etc.
    • 5+ years of experience technical consulting with architecting, designing, and implementing Oracle Identity & Access Management solutions, using Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, and one or more of the following technologies
      • Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
      • Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
      • Oracle SOA Suite and BI Publisher supporting Oracle IAM
    • Experience integrating IAM components with directory services including OUD, MS Active Directory, etc.
    • Experience implementing single sign-on solutions for web based applications utilizing username/password, tokens, SAML, and two-factor authentication mechanisms
    • Experience integrating and onboarding applications (Oracle WebLogic, SOA/BPM, Custom Java/.Net Applications, etc.) with OIAM Suite
    • Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, and LDAP best practices
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues on the OIAM platform
    • Ability to work individually and in a team environment to complete tasks
    • Prioritization of day-to-day activities and long-term project-oriented tasks is essential.
    • The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
