    Mythics is seeking a motivated and experienced PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), focused on leading and providing oversight for all areas within the PSFT CS stack, including Student Records, Academic Advising, and Admissions.  If you are passionate about technology, the clients, and all the challenges that go with being a consultant, you will want to be a part of our team. Our people have the skills and business savvy to provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft software.  This position is primarily remote, with some occasional travel to client sites (roughly 10%-20% travel).

    • Provide PeopleSoft techno-functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle.
    • Work on all project phases including planning, requirements, fit/gap, configuration, and testing.
    • Become fluent in understanding the organization's business practices enterprise environment, and the technology platforms.
    • Work with the business to understand and assess business processes under review and make recommendations for business and system process improvements.
    • Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices.
    • Guides the project team/business team towards the incremental delivery of PeopleSoft releases.
    • Facilitates and encourage communication and information flow between end users and the project teams, business and development teams to meet project and support needs.
    • Identify, analyze, and document system requirements (functional and non-functional).
    • Support test case development, participate in the planning and execution of testing phases and perform testing activities as needed.
    • Support cutover and migration activities as needed for project and production systems.
    • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
    • Configure the PeopleSoft system to meet each client’s unique business requirements.
    • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
    • Report progress to clients and project managers.
    • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions.
    • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
    • 12+ years experience in consulting, business analysis, or program/project management.
    • 6+ years of business analysis and /or techno-functional experience with modules within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
    • Significant experience with leading business analysis activities during ERP data conversion, configuration, enhancement design, testing, and deployment required.
    • Excellent inter-personal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships.
    • Committed to being part of a team and thrives in a highly collaborative work environment.
    • Ability to work within a cross-functional team environment where teams are sometimes located remotely.
    • Strong ability to prioritize and resolve functional/technical issues within the broader team.
    • Strong skills in analyzing functional business processes developing system solutions and documentation.
    • Strong collaboration skills while working with business operations teams, Product Owners, SME's, senior leaders, ITS and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.
    • Ability to deal and manage workload that is subject to changing priorities, applies problem solving skills to transform problems into solutions.
    • Ability to share knowledge and coach and train other business systems analysts.
    • Must be a self-directed and self-sufficient with demonstrated initiative, sense of urgency, and ability to come up to speed as a SME in a very short timeframe, gaining customer confidence.
    • Demonstrated confidence and ability to lead client engagements and make a positive impact immediately upon joining the team.
    • Effective interpersonal skills, especially with senior leadership.
    • Experience in Higher Education domain.
