  • Job Overview & Responsibilities

    Mythics is looking for an ambitious self-driven and motivated Oracle Fusion Middleware Team Lead to join our team and manage several concurrent workstreams for a large FMW environment. The ideal candidate will have a great mix of project management capabilities and Oracle FMW expertise with vast experience working with a large or middle-tier systems integrator.  A successful proven track record of architecting, developing, and deploying FMW solutions and empowering high performing teams. The work will also involve developing excellent client relationships and looking for opportunities to expand Mythics' business. Citizenship is not required but preferred. Candidate must have worked in the U.S. for a minimum of at least 3 years.

     

    Technical Expertise:

    • Excellent conceptual and technical understanding of Fusion Middleware Platform and how each components interacts with each other
    • Should be able to come up with a solution for customer’s problem leveraging Fusion Middleware platform primarily
    • Should be able to provide input and critique on architecture and solutions provided by others
    • Should be aware of technology trends and should be able to map those to the solutions being discussed or implemented

     

    Team and Task Management:

    • Attend program management meetings and provide insight to project schedules and deliverables
    • Manage deployments within the SEC Change Management and System Engineering Life Cycle
    • Work with customer and program management to ensure all technical objectives and service level agreements are met and exceeded
    • Work with program management to ensure technical team is properly staffed and participate in hiring process when required
    • Accountable for day-to-day operations to ensure the delivery of quality and cost efficient services to the customer
    • Manage and coordinate urgent and complex support issues and act as an escalation point
    • Develop and refine support management processes to ensure timely issue resolution and high-quality customer service

      Client Management and Communication:

    • Manage all stakeholders and build strong customer and partner relationships
    • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
    • Manage day-to-day client interaction, identify needs, expectations, and evaluate alternative business solutions
    • Work with customer and partners to set expectations, and manage deliverables, dependencies, risks and progress
    • Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to clients and team members

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
    • 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Middleware experience in OIM, OAM, OUD, SOA, Webcenter Portal, Webcenter Content, BI Publisher
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
    • PMP certification preferred
    • Oracle Certified Professional in FMW field(s) preferred
    • 10+ years of experience in a Technical Team Lead or project management position
    • 5+ years of experience in leading FMW projects
    • Located in the greater Washington DC area
    • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
