    Mythics Emergent Group is a seeking a highly motivated, and eager to learn, entry level Help Desk Technician to support our growing workforce. We are seeking a candidate who can operate in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional, personal-touch support to our end-users. This position will allow the right candidate the opportunity to establish best practices for service engagement in a technical environment. The mission of the Help Desk is to provide our end-users with a point of contact for responsive support, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving computer problems. We strive to exceed our end-users’ expectations in our ongoing pursuit of service excellence.

     

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with team members to ensure rapid response times and follow-up with end-users
    • Develop professional working relationship with end-users to better understand business needs
    • Provide technical support to end-users on a variety of issues
    • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
    • Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support
    • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
    • Coordinate and consult with end-users and team members to meet customer requirements
    • Advise management of potential risks that may have impact on customer end-user base and operating environment

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications & Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred with 0-2 years relevant professional experience to include customer service and information technology and/or equivalent work experience
    • Superior customer service skills a must
    • Superb verbal communication skills; comfortable talking on the telephone and responding to calls
    • Knowledge of Information Technology network and systems technologies, processes, and methodologies
