Mythics is looking for a Solution Architect to join our Oracle CX Consulting Practice to support the definition of the implementation solutions for the Oracle CX Cloud Suite of SaaS applications – a cloud based technology platform that empowers our customers to engage directly with their constituents or citizens through Social, Web, and Contact Center experiences.  This is a dynamic position with a wide range of responsibilities working in a pre- and post-sales capacity as well as touchpoints throughout the project implementation lifecycle.  The focus of this role is to lead any and all aspects of the sales process, advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions, conduct scoping discovery sessions and provide executable contract descriptions of services and level of effort estimates.  The Solution Architect will support the product sales team by being the expert in formulating and leading technical/functional application discussions to prospective clients and customers and will provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the application to the client’s business and their processes.  The Solution Architect will facilitate the customer’s understanding of the product through presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks.  In addition, the SA will develop productivity tools and training for other Consultants, using presentations and product demonstrations.


  • Lead a team in providing RFx responses, conduct discovery sessions, and deliver necessary estimating responses to support valid Oracle CX Product Suite (Service Cloud/RightNow, OPA, and Field Service) sales initiatives
  • Serve as an expert in the core components of the Oracle CX solution suite
  • Assist sales and supporting teams with writing requirements for RFIs/RFPs with the technical, implementation approach and consulting services approach as it relates to the specific customer requirements
  • Work with prospects and customers to position, scope, and price services including new implementations, expansion of the application, training, integration, and customization services
  • Validate key business and technical requirements uncovered by the Sales and Solutions Consulting team
  • Proactively monitor and support the SaaS Sales pipeline, with focus on opportunities containing Oracle CX Product Suite.
  • Use industry and product expertise to translate customer requirements into a comprehensive solution.
  • Facilitate the transfer of information from Sales to Consulting delivery
  • Maintain relationship with the customer and conduct checkpoint analysis during implementation to ensure what is being delivered is aligned with pre-sales discussions.
  • Provide content for product functional and technical artifact repository to enhance Mythics Consulting capabilities to deliver consistent, repeatable configuration and technical product extension services
  • Assist in the development of documentation for Rapid Success Solutions and ensure the solutions being developed meet market segment requirements and reusable business processes.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current CX Cloud technology trends and its applicability internally and to customers
  • Participate in staffing activities.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Greencard holder
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
  • Minimum of 3 years Application Solution Architect or pre-sales consulting services sales experience focused on Contact Center, CRM, or customer experience applications.
  • 7+ years of CRM application sales and professional services experience, including delivering large enterprise projects
  • Working knowledge of at least one of the following business areas:
    • Call Center/Customer Service
    • Business Analytics
    • Marketing Automation
    • Sales Force Automation
  • Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
  • Strong understanding of database-driven, web and cloud application architectures
  • Confidence and credibility in front of senior management and clients
  • Thorough knowledge of Oracle CX Suite of Products and solution design with demonstrable experience applying advanced technical/functional product features.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self- driven Entrepreneurial Individual

Desired Qualifications 

  • Oracle CX Product Suite certification (Service Cloud, OPA, or Field Service)
  • Experience implementing or integrating Oracle CX Cloud with other Oracle Cloud products such as Oracle Marketing Cloud, Social Cloud, Integration Cloud, HCM Cloud, etc.
  • Experience with Public Sector and/or DOD projects.
