Job Overview & Responsibilities

Mythics is looking for an ambitious Client Account Manager (CAM) to join our team and own a client relationship with one or more Mythics Consulting Federal customers. The CAM will be responsible for developing excellent client and partner relationships and identifying opportunities to expand Mythics' business within a designated account. Job duties will include managing programs/projects supporting the engineering and operations of Oracle products and services and strategic positioning for growth in accounts. The CAM will work closely with the Operations Director (OD) and is responsible for securing logical contract extensions and uncovering new business opportunities. The CAM will work collaboratively with the Sales team to source net new sales opportunities.

 

The ideal candidate will have a PMP certification and a proven track record of executing and growing multiple projects simultaneously with a large Federal Agency.  More importantly, the right candidates will be ready for the next step in their career and show how their skills can succeed in the marketplace.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and Grow the Client Relationship
  • Provide single point of contact for the client account leadership and communication
  • Generate new opportunities through various client contacts
  • Accountable for client satisfaction, referencability and successful project performance
  • Set client expectations in conjunction with the client account leadership and manage the expectations
  • Build trust-based relationship/client-centric approach to our business
  • Build a knowledge base of client' mission, organization and objectives
  • Focus on teaming & collaboration with partners and manufacturers
  • Leverage industry expertise to influence client outsourcing strategies
  • Drive incremental revenue growth through expansion or renewals of existing project work
  • Participate in client account planning and forecasting activities
  • Project and task management
  • Contract and subcontract management
  • Staffing and team leadership
  • Risk management
  • Stakeholder Management and effective communications
  • Project/Program Accounting and forecasting (Revenue, Margin, Invoicing, Utilization)

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management or Client Management experience is mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years working with client side executives
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing projects within the account base
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with sales and operations teams in securing new business opportunities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance level for the customer
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Databases, Applications, Analytics, Middleware, or Engineered Systems a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organized with high attention to detail
  • Capable problem solver who uses logic to create effective solutions to complex problems
  • Self-managed
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
